Happy that they got us closed. However, it was a stressful process trying to get a solid close date. The second extension could have been avoided with a check list prior to sending it to underwriting. We ultimately had to extend 3 times. I understand that things happen, but I feel better preparation could have avoided the number of extensions needed.
